Joining is easy! Visit the ‘Join’ tab on this site and fill in the form to get started with GetGenuine today.

Visit rewards-shop.com.au where you’ll find over 7,000 rewards to choose from. You can also redeem via your GetGenuine app.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, give us a call to let us know what you’re after and we’ll do our best to get you your Dream Reward.

The fastest and easiest way to check your points balance is by logging into the GetGenuine app. Alternatively, you can log in to rewards-shop.com.au, or keep an eye on your inbox for regular email updates.

Points are issued approximately three months following purchase. For example, spend in May, pay your account in June, points are issued at the end of July.

If you haven’t received your points after this period, please contact our support team with your order details.

Please note: You need to keep your account paid current to earn reward points.

Rewards can take 10 – 15 working days to be delivered. If you have ordered more than one reward, they may be coming from different suppliers, so you may receive one earlier than the other.

If you haven’t received your rewards within 10 – 15 working days, please contact us.

Visit the Rewards Shop or open your GetGenuine app and enter your email address, then click on the “Forgot Password” link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
